Modi says - "Pranab Mukherjee was a repository of wisdom" ::::::: "To hide their failure, Congress leadership doing new drama every day" - BJP

"Remembering Shri Pranab Mukherjee on his birth anniversary," tweeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

"Pranab Babu was a one-of-a-kind public figure—a statesman par excellence, a wonderful administrator and a repository of wisdom. His contributions to India’s development are noteworthy," the Prime Minister wrote paying homage to onetime Congress stalwart and the former President.

 

"He (Pranab) was blessed with a unique ability to build consensus across the spectrum and this was due to his vast experience in governance and his deep understanding of India's culture as well as ethos. We will keep working to realise his vision for our nation," the PM wrote. 

Pranab Mukherjee was born on December 11th, 1935. 

BJP leader Pradeep Bhandari says, "The Opposition in India is lagging in the opinion of the people... People have told Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Vadra and Sonia Gandhi that you are against us... 

To hide their failure, they are doing new drama every day to divert the discussion about their failure.... They will not let the Parliament run, or they will attack democracy and the EVMs. 

The Election Commission of India has clarified everything on the basis of data. So now they are saying that they would go to the Supreme Court... Some time ago, the Supreme Court said that when they lose they blame but when they win, the EVM is fine...".

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Dec 11 released the compendium of complete works of Tamil poet and freedom fighter Subramania Bharati.  

"Today, the country is celebrating the birth anniversary of great Tamil poet and freedom fighter Subramania Bharati. I pay my tributes to him...", Modi said.
