Things getting more chaotic !! BJP may file FIR against Rahul Gandhi after 2 MPs Injured ::::: "..... Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who then fell on me," alleges BJP lawmaker Sarangi ::::: "We will take action as per the report from the hospital...", says Law Minister

Kiren Rijuji, Parlamentary Affairs Minister - "Parliament is not the place for muscleflexing....What has happened is very bad".

Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal says,

"Two leaders are injured. 4-5 other MPs have complained about this...All the Ps have the right to protest. He (Rahul Gandhi) did physical violence and he did not even go to see the condition of Sarangi ji...They (Congress) have always done injustice to BR Ambedkar...They have always insulted him...

We will take action as per the report from the hospital..."

Simultaneous parallel protests rock Parliament premises. One BJP MP from Odisha, Pratap Chandra Sarangi was injured on Thursday, Dec 19th.

"There was enough space for Rahul Gandhi, but he pushed Sambit Patra as well. It was uncalled for because there was enough space for him... Everyone will know what happened once CCTV footage will be checked," says Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said.

BJP MP Manoj Tiwari says,

"Congress is trying to deceive the public. They are spreading fake information in the name of Babasaheb Ambedkar. We are here to tell the truth. Who removed Ambedkar from the council? Who made him lose the elections?

The Congress party delayed the construction of Babasaheb’s memorial in his birthplace for 40 years…".

Sarangi, also a former Union Minister of State for Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (during Modi 2.0), alleged that he was hurt after getting a push from the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi.

The lawmaker claimed that he was standing on stairs when another member of Parliament fell on him, leading to an injury on his head.

“Rahul Gandhi pushed a member of Parliament who fell on me after which I fell down…I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who then fell on me…” he said.

Reacting to this, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, in his defence, said that he was trying to get inside the Parliament when he was also pushed and threatened by the BJP MPs who were protesting near the entrance.

He also alleged that Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge was also pushed.

“This might be on your camera. I was trying to go inside through the Parliament entrance, but BJP MPs were trying to stop me, push me and threaten me. This has happened…

Yes, this has happened (Mallikarjun Kharge being pushed). But we do not get affected by jostling. But this is the entrance and we have the right to go in. BJP MPs were trying to stop us from going in…” Rahul Gandhi told reporters.

Union Ministers Pralhad Joshi, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Piyush Goyal, and other BJP leaders are going to RML hospital to see party MP Pratap Sarangi.

"The country knows how much the Nehru family has hated Ambedkar Ji. They conspired to keep him out of politics... Three generations of Gandhi family, Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, were unable to give Bharat Ratna to Ambedkar Ji," BJP MP Anurag Thakur.

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan slammed the Congress, alleging it has always hated B R Ambedkar and had even included a cartoon in an NCERT textbook showing Jawaharlal Nehru "whipping" Ambedkar.

"Suddenly the Congress has got a lot of respect for Babasaheb Ambedkar. These crocodile tears of the Congress for Babasaheb are just a pretence, there is a huge difference between their words and actions. The Congress party's hatred and contempt for Babasaheb is well known,” Pradhan tweeted.
