25 diplomats from 13 missions to attend PM Modi's rally in Delhi ::::::: Ayodhya and Faizabad voting on May 20 - As Ram Temple is a reality, Modi is "civilisational hero"

25 diplomats from 13 missions to attend PM Modi's rally in Delhi

This is not the first time. Similar delegations have successfully experienced the BJP's campaigns during state elections in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat in 2022, as well as in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan in November 2023.

As many as 25 representatives from 13 diplomatic missions in India will experience the enthusiasm of Indian electorate and political activists during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally in North East Delhi on Saturday.

The attendees include representatives from the diplomatic missions of Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Indonesia, Japan, Mauritius, Nepal, Russia, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

BJP's head of the Foreign Affairs Department, Vijay Chauthaiwale, informed that the initiative is part of the 'Know BJP' initiative launched by BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda.

It offers an opportunity for the diplomatic community as well as political parties from various countries to witness firsthand the vibrant and dynamic nature of India's democratic process.

Last month, 22 representatives of 18 political parties from 10 countries visited New Delhi and met Nadda, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to get an insight into the party's election campaign strategies along with the overall electoral process.

As the grand Ram Temple is a reality, Modi is "civilisational hero"

BJP leaders and mass supporters see PM Modi as their “civilizational hero” and hence the Lotus party sees a “huge electoral wave fuelled by Lord Ram himself” in their favor.

Ever since the grand opening on Jan 22, Hindus have made a beeline to this ancient town in  northern India - regarded as the birthplace of Ram.

Even those visiting Ayodhya from Bihar or Assam are pledging their vote for Modi. This is a big catch but how much of it will transform into real votes in EVMs will be tested only on June 4.

Modi brought Ram back home; but also transformed Ayodhya, a crumbling, dusty town on the banks of Saryu river, a tributary of the holy Ganges, into what Hindu writers in English have dubbed the “Hindu Vatican".

Ayodhya now boasts a brand-new airport, an upgraded railway station, and luxury hotels with a capacity to welcome nearly 50 million religious tourists every year.

Deliberate Mistake but Why?

The Congress fielded Kishori Lal Sharma from Amethi. The fact of the matter is that Sharma is a ‘brilliant’ faithful servant or the Man Friday for the Gandhi family.

Thus, many Congress insiders say imposing Sharma as a Lok Sabha candidate from a prestigious stronghold in a do-or-die election was baffling. At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi’s reluctance to bite the bullet in Rae Bareli is equally surprising.

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri says Rahul is going to face defeat in Rae Bareli and also Wayanad in Kerala. Puri also criticised Rahul Gandhi for stating sometime back that South Indian people are better and have a better understanding of politics and the politicians of the north. “Now what are you going to tell the people of Wayanad”,” he says.
