Chance of dismissal of AAP government ??? AAP unnerved as President Murmu acts on BJP's demand to dismiss Delhi Govt

Should it turn out to be a season of 'President's Rule' and dismissing of at least three to four state governments?

West Bengal;

Manipur

Nagaland

and Delhi  ?????

Rahul Gandhi says the fear of Narendra Modi has vanished in 2024 Lok Sabha elections !

He does not realise or he is cleverly avoiding the debate on how many times he has failed against Modi. In Lok Sabha polls alone he has lost it thrice in a row --- If Modi has done a hat-trick of winning, the Congress 'dynast prince' with the blessings of his uncle Sam Pitroda and guidance and occasional hyper guidance by the likes of Jairam Ramesh has also done the hat-trick of three consecutive loses. But the firangi media and also a select English media too have deliberately decided to avoid the debate !!

Dismissal of these or at least two of them could bring back the 'fear' of the power of Moditva -- that's something no Congress man or woman may appreciate and Rahul will be too arrogant  to acknowledge that.  West Bengal Govt of Mamata Banerjee is facing possibilities of dismissal after the Kolkata rape horror and murder was grossly mishandled.

Removing state governments in Manipur and Nagaland may not leave anyone aggrieved as BJP itself in enjoying being in power in these two states. And so comes Delhi !!

Delhi BJP leader Vijender Gupta, along with seven other MLAs wrote a letter to President Draupadi Murmu and urged for her "urgent intervention" in the alleged constitutional crisis plaguing Delhi. They requested the President Murmu to dismiss the "AAP Government in Delhi".

The letter has been sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs "for appropriate attention."

Earlier on August 30 also, a delegation of members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly led by Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta on Friday appealed to President Droupadi Murmu for urgent intervention in the alleged constitutional crisis in Delhi.

The delegation met the President and submitted a memorandum on Friday highlighting a series of concerns about the functioning of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government under Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

"Due to the continuous constitutional violations and governance failures in Delhi, all the BJP MLAs along with me met Her Excellency President Smt. Draupadi Murmu ji on 30 August 2024 and submitted a memorandum of the failures of the Delhi Government," the party source said.

A political storm erupted after President Droupadi Murmu forwarded a memorandum from BJP MLAs to the Ministry of Home Affairs, demanding the dismissal of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi.

The Delhi BJP leaders had written to the President, citing a "constitutional crisis" caused by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s imprisonment and the delay in administrative work.

Delhi Minister Atishi said -- "The BJP has already accepted defeat in the upcoming Delhi elections. BJP's only job is to topple the elected government. BJP is afraid of CM Kejriwal,"

"This is BJP's new conspiracy. BJP will get zero seats in Delhi elections."

AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said:

"If BJP feels that it wants to lose quickly, then it should announce the date of Delhi assembly elections tomorrow itself. We are ready for the elections".
