"We never stood in favour of conflict," he remarked.
"My strength is not being Modi....," he asserted adding, it is due to 140 crore Indians and thousands of years of the civilisational powers and traditions.
"Wherever I go, Modi does not go ...it's the thousands of years of civilisation... from Ved to Vivekananda... the great tradition. I move around with 140 crore people's hope and aspiration".
"When I shake hand with any global leader... Modi haath nahi miliata hae... (Modi does not shake hand)," the Prime Minister maintained adding - "It is the 140 crore people's hands".
"We stand for Peace.. we do not want conflict with nature nor we want to wage wars against one nation or the other".
"I started my life from a very poor background... But I never felt the burden of poverty".
"After becoming Prime Minister I especially invited Pakistan's Prime Minister (Nawaz Sharf) for my swearing in ceremony," he said adding he did it because he (India/Modi) wanted a "good beginning".
"But every time ... our efforts were responded with negative results. I do hope that Pakistan will start thinking in the right direction (saad-buddhi) and will work towards Peace".
"Even the common people of Pakistan are unhappy.... I believe so".
"I have a conviction that Criticism is the heart/soul of Democray (Atma)".
"I especially want to tell young people .... if life be it be as much a dark night, but do remember that's Night per se....
