His own Future is "more at stake" for Rahul Gandhi than the future of Indian students and youths :::: Desperate Akhilesh and Priyanka have their stories and still "asking wrong questions"

Rahul Gandhi always pretended to be angry. He had pulled sleeves and tore down Ordinance and Samajwadi Party's 'manifesto' in public space before camera. 

"Following the massive assembly of youth in the heart of Delhi on Monday, the sense in the Congress was that it could not allow a public perception to be created that the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) was spearheading the movement against paper leaks" - 'Indian Express' ... which once said Gen V K Singh was staging a coup against Manmohan Singh Govt.  

But 'nepo kid' image isa permanent feature. Mom Sonia Gandhi - like most doting Indian mothers - sacrificed the future of Congress in order to protect his interests. The CJP protest had unnerved him. It appeared the opposition space was alipping out of his hands. Hence, the fracas suited the bill. He did not mind 'changing goalpost'. 

He might have achieved something ... at least very favourable in a section of western media and also India's own 'desi' ecosystem media.

For long the Congress had the image of a ivor-tower and ac-chamber party. To an extent; that has been changed. Will all that change the 'working culture' in Congress remains to be seen.  

The tone and tenor of London-based 'The Guardian' easily endorses the scenario. 

"While the CJP movement has primarily focused on accountability for devastating leaks of exam papers and calling for the resignation of the education minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, the overriding feeling in the aftermath of Monday’s protest was that this was now so much bigger than one issue," it says. 

Quickly it also passes a semi-verdict --

"For some, this was the moment India’s youth – totalling more than 600 million – had found its political voice".  

There is yet another example of 'firangi' press agenda. 

Standing by the stage at the protest site, Ratna Singh, a CJP spokesperson, said the movement was very aware of ways in which the Modi government had successfully cracked down on previous movements and figures of dissent during its 12 years in power. 

“Anyone who has tried to speak up against this government has faced terrorism charges or tax raids or jail and there is so much fear,” she said.

These media and the Sickular ecosystem will never tell that the anti-CAA protest was completely on a faulty groud that the new law was against Muslims in India. The fact of the matter was CAA was meant only to accommodate 'religious minorities' in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and that would help Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists. 

The farmers' protest was against the much needed farm reform. And Prime Minister Narendra Modi had made a u-turn because he wanted to win UP elections in 2022.  

Here is another example. Some journalists in these newspapers such as 'Indian Express' perhaps still believe Modi never became PM because none can become PM of India without their endorsement. 

The sample: "For months, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) existed largely in the language of the internet — memes, satire, inside jokes and viral posts. It was easy to dismiss it as another social media phenomenon, destined to trend one day and disappear the next. 

But somewhere between the hashtags and the highways leading into Delhi, the movement changed shape. It stopped belonging only to timelines and started belonging to people."

All these make one thing clear ... they or some 'forces' want Nepal or Bangladesh type situation in India. 

This is not possible with Narendra Modi as long as he remains 'popular' both in the sense of the term of a government-head focusing on 'Sabka Saath' model of governance and also to millions for whom he continues to remain the Hindu Hriday Samrat. 

Some of the slogans raised during Jantar Mantar protest was typically anti-Hindu and pro-left liberal and extremely radicalised. 

Videos and social media posts from July 2026 show that a demonstration at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, operating under the 'Cockroach Janata Party' (CJP) and involving students and activists, has sparked major controversy. The protest, which began over the NEET exam paper leak, featured speeches and slogans calling for the restoration of Article 370.

Participants on the CJP stage were documented raising slogans such as "Sansad Bhavan ukhad diya jayega, Nepal bana diya jayega" 

(The Parliament will be uprooted and turned into Nepal) and questioning India's actions in Kashmir. 

Furthermore, footage and viral clips from the protest sparked intense debate on social media. Some videos contained rhetoric that critics and observers alleged were derogatory toward Hindu deities and Sanatan Dharma.  

The political battle over the NEET paper leak and the alleged police crackdown on students escalated sharply on Tuesday after the Congress took its protest to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence, triggering high-level negotiations with the Centre, the detention of Rahul Gandhi and other Opposition leaders, and a fresh war of words between the BJP-led government and the Congress. 

It is largely felt that the Congress was uncomfortable with the CJP protest because it appeared the newly floated organisation had stolen the limelight. 

This has left Congress unnerved.  In 2011-12; the Congress had suffered the most because the India Against Corruption led by Anna Hazare had stolen media mileage. 

Observers say the government is also acting smartly. While an MoS was deputed to meet Rahul Gandhi; the Union Health Minister (cabinet) J P Nadda and leader of the Rajya Sabha was deputed to meet the CJP delegation.
