and Structural and Technological reforms will be introduced to create a leak-proof examination system

The NTA conducts around 15 to 20 national-level examinations, including NEET UG, JEE Main and CUET, making it one of India's largest examination bodies.
The proposed changes are aimed at fundamentally restructuring the organisation rather than making isolated personnel changes.
Some of the 47 officials identified for removal could also face disciplinary action as the government moves to tighten accountability within the agency.
The government plans to change the way the NTA sources and outsources examination-related work to improve oversight, strengthen accountability and reduce vulnerabilities during the conduct of examinations.
The reforms will be based on the recommendations of an expert committee constituted to suggest improvements to India's examination system.

Sonam Wangchuk finds 'middle ground' with BJP Govt .. via a Congress lawmaker
The government tried to reach out to Sonam Wangchuk by the evening of July 20 when the protests ran into lathicharges and tear gas firing.
In short - the breakthrough came after three days of negotiations, persuasion by leaders from Ladakh, the centre softening its stand, and a Congress MP doing his part.
Vivek Tankha was among the lawyers who fought Wangchuk’s National Security Act (NSA) case in the Supreme Court.

The Govt was not keen to give an assurance on Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. But it wanted Wangchuk to end his fast.
Tankha as a family friend was worried as Wangchuk had lost more than 11 kg of weight.
On July 21, Ministers J P Nadda and Jitendra Singh met Wangchuk at Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon. The two are learnt to have assured him that issues raised by him would be taken up for discussion in Parliament and urged him to end his fast.
Wangchuk made a climbdown. He requested an “unequivocal assurance from the government that none of the young protesters will face any punitive or retaliatory legal action for participating in this movement”.
Sources close to Wangchuk said his decision was entirely informed by his concern for the well-being of protesters.
