Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra says,
"Spiritual guru Dalai Lama, Mata Amritanandamayi of Kerala, yoga guru Baba Ramdev, actors Rajnikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Arun Govil, film director Madhur Bhandarkar and leading industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, famous painter Vasudev Kamat, ISRO's Director Nilesh Desai and many other well-known personalities will also be present at the consecration ceremony."
Champat Rai also said, due to their age and cold weather conditions, BJP stalwarts Lal Krishna Advani and Dr M M Joshi though 'expected' should not attend the ceremony.
"Both (Advani and Joshi) are elders in the family and considering their age, they have been requested not to come, which both have accepted."
"After the consecration ceremony, Mandal Puja will be held for 48 days from January 24 (2024) as per the tradition of North India. At the same time, from January 23, common people will be able to have a darshan of Lord Ram.
"Proper arrangements have been made for the guests to stay at more than three places in Ayodhya... 600 rooms have been made available by various monasteries, temples and household families and Bhandara will also start at three major places from December 25, 2023...", he said.
Gyanvapi dispute: Allahabad High Court rejects Muslim side's plea challenging Hindu worshippers' 1991 suit
Advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi says, “ Today the court has dismissed all five writ petitions filed by the Muslim side, and held that the suit filed in 1991 is not barred by the Section 4 of the Places of Worship (Special Provision Act) 1991.
Further, the HC has directed the lower Court to expeditiously dispose of this case since 32 years have passed since it was first filed, and given 6 months to pronounce the final judgement in the case…
Regarding ASI, the Court said, the report filed by the ASI in the Rakhi Singh case in Varanasi district, that same report shall be filed in this case… An order for the ‘wazukhana’ dispute has not been given by the Court, hence a survey of the ‘wazukhana’ will be conducted…
Any place of worship cannot have a dual religious character. To prove the religious situation at the site on 15 August 1947, the lower court has been ordered to take evidence, and determine if it’s a temple or a mosque.”
