Communication Dysfunction -- Indian communists or even likes of Mamata Banerjee. If your car breaks; we may call it mechanical Dysfunction.
Mix all these examples -- you would have hit Congress party or Rahul Gandhi's leadership and even the US democracy and the politics of Trump. Some glaring instances are the manner Rahul Gandhi came out with his half-baked fakery of Vote Chori.
Multiple TV channels have exposed him and found holes in his story. But Sickularism is Dysfunctional in brains. We will go into these slowly.

Almost giving up the battle of Bihar and leaving things to RJD and fate; Rahul Gandhi has alleged that 501 voters were registered under a single address, House No. 265, which he claimed exposed large-scale irregularities in the voter list. The property belongs to Sundar Singh, a local BJP leader and former municipal councillor.
Residents and local officials pointed to a clerical mix-up rather than an orchestrated scam.
They explained that almost every home in the locality had been incorrectly listed under the same number, 265, due to a data entry error made by the Booth Level Officer (BLO).
“We have five homes in a row here, all belong to my brothers and cousins,” said Sundar Singh. “All these houses have been marked as House No. 265 in the voter list. Even homes belonging to my grandfather’s brothers in adjoining lanes are listed under the same number.”
Rahul Gandhi's ecosystem team did not verify these on ground.
The dynast has to create a shield and justification for his mistakes and losses. Hence ... the drama continues.
