A wrong case is being made by Sickular brigade that India needs to 'regain its credibility' in Bangladesh :: In other words, they want Muslim appeasement and 'ignore Hindus'

The double standard is yet again exposed. The old prism has been set in motion. A wrong case is being made by Sickular brigade in India that the Indian Govt needs to 'regain its credibility' in Bangladesh.

In other words, they want Muslim appeasement and 'ignore Hindus' ! The Modi Govt should not fall into such traps.

A famous Kolkata newspaper known for naked partisan journalism (a good mix of anti-Hindu and Mamata/Muslim appease doctrine) is pushing the line --

"Diplomats in South Block likely understand this (their distorted version). It is time the politicians did too".

But Narendra Modi being the Prime Minister it is unlikely such stupid argument will be swallowed.

So far India has done well in dealing with Bangladesh and its new regime in Dhaka. The Yunus regime is blatantly anti-Hindu and anti-India.

It is also showing its growing love for Islamabad by the day.

Look at this line and Kolkata's 'fish-fry' journalism highly inspired to back the 'aapa regime' stands exposed yet again. The newspaper says -

"In Bengal, leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party have led protests at the Bangladesh border, adding to bilateral tensions."

It appears they want the Yunus regime to go scot-free. The so-called Nobel laureate is actually a very average variety of individual and was 'projected' unduly by the US.

The American agenda of sinister intent came to light with their plans that they would seek a Christian state carving out of -- Bangladesh, India and Myanmar. In fact, the 'Manipur mess' of 2023 is not without good reasons.

The Kolkata paper also says - "New Delhi must do better than to let its relationship be defined by electoral considerations and short-sighted politics".

This is a case of "a pot calling the kettle black” ... This is an idiom that means someone is criticizing another person for a fault they have themselves. The media house itself is run heavily by political considerations and 'short-sighted' Bimari. The paper also indulges in gross appeasement of Kolkata's well known 'aapa' and in 2021 did not bother that the BJP voters were attacked after the elections.

The same paper trying to advise Indian government on foreign policy and that too on Bangladesh is simply not acceptable.

The paper also says -- "India has registered its concerns over the mounting sense of insecurity among religious minorities in Bangladesh following several attacks on them and the recent arrest of a Hindu monk advocating for the community’s rights. But those genuine worries have been disturbingly turned into a political weapon by sections of India’s political elite."

This is yet another instance of the editorial faultline.

This section of intellectuals - more often believing in the distorted versions of Left-liberalism - are out to force Indian leadership to give legitimacy to the Yunus regime.

They tried earlier the same trick about Pakistan. The Modi government did not take the line. This is yet again a situation where New Delhi has to adopt a tough
stance -- and not get carried away by these vested interests !

Of course, episodes like attack on Agartala mission by protesters is not at all advisabe and ought to be condemned.

The BJP government in Agartala needs to be pulled up for such a major security lapse.

This blogger has spoken in details on this in a previous piece. Here is the link --
