Perhaps payback time is here ::: "Orchestrated exodus" was enacted in March 2020 during the peak of first round of Pandemic Lockdown .... Reverse Migration may cost AAP dearly in 2025

 Remember the nightmarish day and night !!

There was lockdown nationwide and the ecosystem supported by AAP or vice vrsa played a nasty game. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi did his drama by sitting on the street etc etc.

The same 'migrant' workers will probably teach AAP a bitter lesson in Feb 5, 2025 polls to elect Delhi legislature. Will it mark the death knell for Arvind Kejriwal and his party ? 

This was an orchestrated exodus. Government of India and other observers 'found' things fishy. 

BJP leaders had said "Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal is only shedding crocodile tears .......Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) falls under city government and there was no business to organise as many as 40 buses if not more for taking migrant labour force and keeping and putting at doorsteps of Uttar Pradesh".

BJP leader Virendra Sachdeva, now Delhi BJP chief and was then associated with BJP's Good Governance Cell, had said:

"Kejriwal and his mischief department is responsible for the exodus. Raghav Chadha (AAP leader) should face law. Their cheap politics is cannot be forgiven".

There was demand for a probe to look into the "real reasons" that lay behind migrant labors movement at a unprecedented scale.

The genesis of BJP's allegations against AAP is based on a tweet from AAP’s Rajinder Nagar MLA, Raghav Chadha.

The controversial missive was later removed from the lawmaker’s social media handle.

An advocate, Prashant Patel, had filed a complaint against the legislator.

Sources said the charge against Chadha include creating enmity, hatred and "defaming" Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath under section 500, 505 (2)IPC and section 66 IT Act in Noida in UP.

Media advisor to UP Chief Minister, Mrityunjay Kumar said Chadha's missive was "sara sar jhooti khabar (out and out a lie)".  Many local workers in Delhi also confirmed that DTC buses were used to ferry migrant workers from Bihar and eastern UP.

The workers were told that UP buses were "waiting" at the border but in the absence of bus, there was large scale panicky.

BJP leaders say the AAP had tried to play a game eyeing UP assembly elections due by 2022.

This charge has been denied by AAP but sources in Kejriwal's party has announced that they would give a "sincere and serious contest" to Yogi-Modi duo in country's most populous state. 

Of course understanding the gravity of the situation, the Yogi government later arranged nearly 1000 buses to transport those people stranded at the Delhi-UP border to take them to Lucknow and their native places in Gorakhpur and adjoining places. 

These migrant workers and their families and friends may now punish AAP in the next month's polls.
