"Gandhi never wore a cap himself, but the world remembers the 'Gandhi topi'. That's the power of leadership" :::: Modi's maiden podcast

"Gandhi never wore a cap himself, but the world remembers the 'Gandhi topi'. That's the power of true communication and leadership," PM Narendra Modi said, emphasising the role of authenticity and connection in effective political leadership.

"Success in politics demands extreme dedication, a constant connection with the people in their good and bad times, and the ability to work as a team player.

"If someone believes that everyone will listen to them or follow their way of functioning, they are mistaken. While they might win a few elections, there’s no guarantee they will emerge as a successful leader," Modi said in his podcast debut.

As the conversation in the Podcast unfolded, PM Narendra Modi reflected on his personal journey, recalling a speech he had given as a Chief Minister where he admitted to having made an insensitive remark.

"Mistakes happen. I am human, not a God," he said, reports 'India Today'.

The trailer ended just as PM Modi started his answer to Kamath's question about the differences between his first and second terms and how his approach has evolved over the years.

Kamath's announcement of the episode, titled "People with The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi," has already generated significant buzz online.

Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath has revealed that his next guest on the podcast "WTF is with Nikhil Kamath" is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, sparking immense excitement across social media. Among the several topics discussed, PM Modi shed light on a remark he "unassumingly" made during his tenure as Chief Minister and asserted that he, like everyone, made mistakes as he was a "human and not a God".
