Sickularism's 'last battle' before 2024 'Moditva again' Verdict --- Fight it through Electoral Bonds narrative .... Players are the same. and their rules have hardly changed

(Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tried to underline a few points --- perhaps much needed for anti-Modi English media ....

"What if the companies gave the money and after that we still went knocking their doors with ED....Is that a probability or not ? .....Second assumption in that itself....are you sure they have given it to the BJP? They have probably given it to the regional parties. What makes you think so many things and build the narrative?" - Ms Sitharaman told 'India Today' conclave.

"Now you do any hairsplitting on it .....But do it without assumptions of this nature. ED went and therefore they gave you (to BJP)...but what about the rest of it....Which ED was sent to them and they have also given.....Smart hardworking research will do good rather than lazy journalism".

Electoral Bonds Data Live: List of funding to political parties

#BJP: over ₹6,000 crore

#Trinamool Congress (TMC)- ₹1,610 crore

Rahul-Sonia Gandhi-led Congress- ₹1,422 crore

Telangana K Chandrashekar Rao-led Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS): ₹1,215 crore

Naveen Patnaik-led BJD in Odisha : ₹776 crore

English media is over enthusiastic. So are many politicians of Congress fold or from regional parties such as Trinamool Congress -- whose corruption can be accepted because Didi's politics is anti-Hindu and blatantly pro-Muslim and even pro-Bangladeshi Muslims.

She is opposing CAA and that's a virtue. Sandeshkhali did not provoke candle light protest !! Imagine such a thing for a day in Yogi Adityanath's Uttar Pradesh.
Then comes Ananth Hegde's comments about possible 'change' in Indian Constitution if BJP gets near 400.

The ever-virtuous 'crown prince' is no longer the crusader to save Indian democracy. It's Chandruchud !!

The latest debate is -- "What would a BJP victory mean for India's constitution?" But the debate around Electoral Bonds is more complex -- but well directed. It is anti-Modi.

All the money through this route has gone to the BJP .... nearly 48 percent. But the issue how Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress got more than Rahul Gandhi's Congress is not being talked about. Because this will expose the dynast-prince's political limitations.

Of course there is also a curious anxiety why and how Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adabi's names do not figure in the list of donors?

Even I am curious, but how come the State Bank of India (SBI) help or make any difference ?

The litigation goes on. and there is desperation in the Sickular club !! 'Chandrachud' is the neo-elite's favourite word !!  If hashtag #Electoralbond is trending; so is #CJIChandrachud.  The elections every time offer a new ball game, that's why even 2024 is no exception.

While the country seems set for emergence of another Modi-led era; others including foreign media and India's Sickular brigade -- a section of 'shopkeepers' want a hung parliament. They thrive in the name of protecting India's minorities -- the Nira Radia tape and the corruption of UPA-2 are still grim reminders. This section is never comfortable with a neo-assertiveness displayed by India. They are not at all comfortable that 'minority-appeaser' Mamata faces toughest battle of her life.

The changing dynamics of West Bengal politics is 'communalism'..... that's neither revolutionary nor democratic. There were - hence - candle shortage for Sandeshkhali. The only priority for next few days will be Electoral Bond and how BJP grew richer and Congress and other parties grew poorer. While Modi is debating Artificial Intelligence, being No. 3 Economy and infra developments; for the other side the worry is ..what Ananth Hegde said about changing a constitution.

"The statement by Anant Kumar Hegde, from southern Karnataka state, has ignited intense speculation. It also drew both praise and criticism, underscoring the significance of the pro-Hindu party’s electoral ambitions and its potential ramifications for India's constitutional framework.

Hegde’s statement came amid fears among secularists that the BJP is determined to consolidate its power by reshaping India's political landscape," goes a piece in UCA News.com.

Why BJP should not 'consolidate' is power is not explained properly !!

But do the foreign media have any answer -- why there was lack of enthusiasm when it came to Sandeshkhali??

Can they answer whether any other country under the sky has something called (or like) Art. 370 ? Did they criticise Manmohan Singh when he said minorities have the first right to national resources?

The issues Mandir, Mandal and Statbility were debated in the 1990s. The man called Narendra Modi and his Moditva doctrine have changed these narratives altogether.  Will there be a debate altogether on the tussle for 'supremacy' between Rahul Gandhi and Modi ?

In 2004, it is presumed certain remarks from a judge in the Gujarat 2002 mayhem case altered the game in favour of sickularists. There was change. There was Lalu Prasad winning. There was DMK and there were people and individuals such as Suresh Kalmadi and A Raja !!

The same old school is waiting for the return of 2004 days -- when NGO activists thrived and a 'national advisory council' became the second PMO and also the more powerful one!

For the time .... a simple advise can be --

We must never try to brush aside reality, however unpleasant it may be.

Sitharaman terms links between probe agency raids, election bonds 'assumptions'

Questions perfection of earlier systems

Says moved on from a system which was completely imperfect

As the data from the State Bank of India released by the Election Commission
(EC) revealed that at least 14 out of the top 30 companies which purchased electoral bonds faced action by central or state probe agencies, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday termed the 'talk' of links between probe agency raids and election bonds 'assumptions'.

She also questioned if the earlier systems were 100 per cent perfect.
