Where Middle Class grows; - automatically markets follow.
It is never too early to start managing one's own rise !!
Potential for Third Largest Economy:
With continued growth, India is likely to become the world's third-largest economy within two decades, after China and the US.
Military Capabilities:
Fourth Largest Military:
India's military is ranked fourth globally in terms of strength and is investing in high-tech advancements.
The phrase 'India is emerging' may be erroneous. The fact of the matter is Bharat that is India has already emerged.
Many are saying this is a new era. Once in a century wake up or the Power Shift at the global stage. This makes America nervous.
And these have brought a neo-Revolution.
It's decisive diplomatic stance, the economic growth story and military build up have not happened just on its own. The Modi Govt deserves the credit. But that's not all. There are other factors and other achievers too.
The Middle Class explosion cannot be underestimated. India's middle class numbers represent the 'fastest growing' consumer base.
By 2030; Indian Middle class will outnumber the US population. Every global brand knows it. Hence; all well known global brands cutting across varied sectors are not only 'selling' in India. They are investing in India. And it makes a huge difference. One big difference is the realisation by India - its people and its government - about the national potential.
Importantly again; India has able to achieve these without controlling or colonising other nations. India is achieving all these not by 'war' or bullying. The focus is preparing roadmaps and then working for it with a bigger zeal. The focus is on the results.
For in Asia and around the world, India is not simply emerging; India has already emerged. The relationship between the United States and India - bound by our shared interests and values — will be one of the defining partnerships of the 21st century.
The old world order is breaking and the youths are simply taking over -- well aware of their potentials and the enthusiasm to work harder.
The growing refrain these days is that the Indians have 'unlocked' the intricacies of the human body and the vastness of the universe.
Of course the new era an information age is rooted in Indian innovations -- including the number zero.
The past is also worth mentioning. The country gave poets who imagined a future -- where the mind is WITHOUT FEAR and the head HAS TO BE held high.
As a result the international community's outreach to India has been robust and substantive.
##
In 2025, India is projected to be a significant global economic force, driven by strong GDP growth and strategic advancements in various sectors. While it may not yet be a top-tier superpower, India's influence is growing, particularly in areas like technology, defense, and international relations.
Economic Growth and Influence:
Fastest-Growing Major Economy:
The IMF projects India's GDP to grow at 6.2% in 2025 and 6.3% in 2026, making it the fastest-growing major economy in South Asia.
Driving Global Growth:
The World Economic Forum suggests that India will be a key engine of global economic growth in 2025 and 2026.
The second administration of President Donald Trump appears determined to restructure US ties with the other great powers. This presents India with new challenges in the implementation of its ‘multi-aligned’ foreign policy.
The Modi Govt seeks to ensure the country maintains and continues to develop a diverse range of political and security partnerships short of a military alliance.
However, a reset in great-power dynamics could also provide new opportunities for India’s diplomacy. In the changing dynamics; while the west and the US are on decline -- at the global stage India has arrived.
Moreover; now there is a greater influence of Russia, India and China bloc.
In times to come even BRICS ... will play a stellar role.
