Resolution No. 1

Prohibition of SoO Camps within Naga Ancestral Territories:

The House unanimously resolved that no camps or settlements of Kuki militant groups currently under the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement shall be permitted within the ancestral territories of the Nagas. Such encroachments are deemed a direct threat to the peace, security, and demographic balance of the Naga people.

Another resolution said:

No project under the guise of infrastructure development shall be undertaken in Naga territories, if it infringes upon the rights, identity, or survival of the Naga people. Any such undertaking must be preceded by transparent consultation and must obtain the prior knowledge, and informed consent of the concerned Naga communities.
