And they got it on their nose, their ego-mirror has been shattered.... yet the western media's anti-Hindu bias and usual mischief continues

PM Narendra Modi or for that matter the people of India have now given a clear message ---- nothing doing sirs. Keep the advise for your own countries and so-called western societies.

Some of them may not be wrong technically but they are being mischievous and trying to run down Hinduism and 'civilisationally' a day of Golden Letters of Hindu history.

Their ego-mirror has been shattered.... yet the western media's anti-Hindu bias and usual mischief continues. And they got it on their nose !!

But look at some of their headlines and some of their questions during media/television interactions.

BBC says ---

"Ayodhya Ram Mandir: India PM Modi inaugurates Hindu temple on razed Babri mosque site"

As stated above, this is not factually wrong; but the mischief element is clear. It gives an impression that a Masjid was razed. Well, that's also true. In fact, the Supreme Court also said demolition of Dec 6, 1992 cannot be considered right.

(Namo's 'mini Diwali' with 'Ram Jyoti' diyas at home after return to Delhi from Ayodhya)

But are they saying as much required to say that for 500 years the temple was 'forcefully' made a Masjid and even the basic tenets of Islam were not followed ? Of course as far as Jan 22, 2024 more than historic occasion goes -- they cannot help reporting ---

"Hindus celebrated the inauguration in other countries too. Massive billboards of Lord Ram graced Times Square in New York, where a group of devotees braved the freezing weather to gather in the middle of the night," admits BBC report....almost like resigning to the fate.

"Temples all across the United Kingdom - where Indians are one of the largest diaspora groups - marked the event. Colourful posters had been shared inviting devotees to honour the occasion and celebrations involved flowers, sweets and music. There were also some celebrations in Muslim-majority Dubai - where Indians are a significant population - but from Indian news reports these appeared more muted than elsewhere," it further said.

Could not the headline writer say :

'Ayodhya Ram Mandir: India PM Modi inaugurates Hindu temple which for fuve centuries was a captive of a Muslim invader'. Of course they can't? It would be against their 'agenda' !!

Take another question. German news-outlet 'Dw'.

Questioner/anchor person says: Modi inaugurated a 'controversial' temple built on the remaains of a mosque.... and then she says "no expense has been spared for this century".

She refers to Babri demolition. she refers to riots and the 16th century context; but does not say Hindus believe and their matter of faith has been endorsed by the Supreme Court that there were archaeological evidences. The response from Delhi is also interesting:

She says -- "for believing Hindus ...what happened today is historic". So do they have that kind of 'categorisation' in the west -- "non-believing Christians". If so, I would like to interview a few !!

Then the Delhi response continues: "they (believing Hindus -she means) say Ram has come back to their birthplace". Of course she also responded about the money part and said, "billions have been spent", but tried to be honest a bit and said:

"....most of the money came from donations from people. Because Ram is beloved and popular God in India particularly in northern India and for them it was absolutely a historic day".

The western media argument is understandable in some ways. They say Muslims are 'disappointed', but it is also true since 1947, Muslims have grown in this country wuth a sense of entitlement and at times as a minority group even Christians feel they should also get some entitlements.

These issues are never touched upon; because if they do so -- first their intellectualism will fall like pack of cards. Secondly, their inherent motive on Modi-bashing will find no takers!

The western media did not miss the presence of Yogi Adityanath at the venue. No media missed the opportunity to tell readers and viewers that Yogi with his saffron attire is a 'polariszing figure'. Actually their 'apprehension' is betrayed -- they feel after Modi -- India may get yet another hard-liner Hindu leader in Yogi.

These are in effect same old narratives they build from time to time since 2017 when Yogi became the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh -- a state that sends 80 MPs to Lok Sabha and Narendra Modi's constituency of Varanasi is also in Uttar Pradesh.

The journalists for German media also makes a modest attempt to offer a sort of an apology or at least a justification on why Congress has announced boycott of the mega event despite the invites sent to them.

"Certainly the opposition believes that the whole consecration and the timing of the consecration was to do with Indian elections...This is an election year in India. So the opposition (including Congress led by an Italian origin Sonia) believes that this was a maneuver by the government to win support and as a result they also felt that it was wrong to mix religion and politics together...So the senior members of the main opposition (of course includes Sonia) in the Congress party did not attend the ceremony".

And now comes the 'justification'. In fact there is an added stress/emphasis when she says:

"This is not to say that they are not believing Hindus, but they just felt that the ceremony was wrong and it was not secular enough".

Do you remember Abdul Qadir and his 'googly'? Sickulars have many such !!
