Modi's 75th Birthday season .... Pak says India against 'third party role' ::: Trump calls up ... says -- "He (Namo) is doing a tremendous job" ::: As ice breaks since June - PM says - "We support US for peaceful resolution of Ukraine conflict"

Narendra Modi was born on Sept 17, 1950.

His much talked about 75th Birthday is round the corner.

Three 'stroke of luck' points already for Namo.

One -  Trump calls well in advance .... This was the first call between the two world leaders since June 17. The relationship between India and US turned sour after Donald Trump imposed an additional sanction of 25 per cent on India, with total levy of 50 per cent.

Secondly, the RSS has already clarified that there is compulsion on a Sangh man to retire at the age of 75 years. "Even I am asked to run a RSS Shakha (unit) at the age of 80, I will do so," said Mohan Bhagwat not long ago.

Bhagwat himself reached 75 years on Sept 11th.

And thirdly - Pakistan admits bluntly --  "India never agreed to any third-party mediation" on Kashmir or on any ties between New Delhi and Islamabad including the ceasefire in May 2025.

In a rare public admission, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that India never agreed to any third-party mediation on issues between the two countries, directly undercutting US President Donald Trump’s claim that he had brokered a ceasefire in the wake of Operation Sindoor.

Dar was asked --

"Any negotiations happening with India? Is there any third-party involved? Are you open to third-party involvement?"

The Pakistan Foreign Minister replied, -- "We don't mind third-party involvement, but India has categorically been stating it's a bilateral matter.

"We don't mind bilateral, but the dialogues have to be comprehensive, on terrorism, trade, economy, Jammu and Kashmir, all subjects that we have discussed earlier," he said.

Dar also said a ceasefire offer had come via the US, also there was a suggestion that there would be a dialogue between India and Pakistan at an independent place.

Dar further revealed that when Pakistan asked US Secretary of State Marco Rubio about Trump’s mediation claim, he categorically clarified that India has always maintained it is a “bilateral issue.”

"When I met Rubio on July 25 in Washington, I asked him what happened to the dialogue. He said that India says that it is a bilateral issue," he said.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister wrote, "Thank you, my friend, President Trump, for your phone call and warm greetings on my 75th birthday.

Like you, I am also fully committed to taking the India-US Comprehensive and Global Partnership to new heights."

Modi also stated: "We support your initiatives towards a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict."

The US President Trump shared his version of the story (of interaction over phone) on Truth Social, calling it a wonderful phone call with Modi.

"Just had a wonderful phone call with my friend, Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I wished him a very Happy Birthday! He is doing a tremendous job.

Narendra: Thank you for your support on ending the war between Russia and Ukraine!"

In addition - there is already a bonus point rather politically !!

Of all the people on earth a former Pakistani cricketer has said -- "Rahul Gandhi has a positive mindset".

Shahid Afridi also said - "He (Rahul) wants to walk with everyone, with the entire world, through dialogues".

The Congress chamcha-army and Sickularists may feel excited about such a statement. It has not come from a genuinely keen or neutral observer. It has come from a Pakistani and that too of Shahid Afridi's reputation -- quite famous for making anti-India statements.

Afridi, never one to miss a chance to take potshots at India, has lately accused the Modi government of "playing the Hindu-Muslim card" vis-a-vis cricket.

"I have been saying repeatedly that this government plays the religion card, plays the Muslim-Hindu card to come to power. This is a very nasty mindset," Afridi told a Pakistani TV news channel.

Such compliments from across the border in the past have helped BJP's campaign team more than once.

In fact, the way Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party spoke about Operation Sindoor - it was quite easy to charge that India's grand old was repeatedly talking the language of Pakistan.

In fact, in Parliament session, PM Modi took on himself the task of exposing Congress.

"Terrorists are crying, their masterminds are crying and seeing them cry, some people are crying here too. They tried to play a game during surgical strike, it didn't work...

When Operation Sindoor took place, they adopted a new tactic - "Why did you stop?.... Waah re bayan bahaduron!  (oh dear ... rhetoric masters)

You need one or the other excuse to oppose. So, not just me but the entire country is laughing at you."
