India that is Bharat has arrived !! Operation Sindoor .... opened few new chapters : Destroying Pak Nuke facilities is just one ::::

Modi's quest for global influence ....  achieved.

A Wizard among nation heroes

The efforts, planning, years of defence preparedness and finally the actions from May 6-7 to May 10 have been awesome.

One only has to look around to check what has been achieved.

The results are multi-folds -

Short Term, Mid-term and of course Long Term. Could there be a fourth gear -- Very Very Long Time. It all may be premature still.

But as of now - the achievements are golden.

The ultimate instrument of a great nation's emasculation is LEADERSHIP -- which is actually decided by the responsibilities. That India displayed on May 9th neght especially.

In a blog post Tom Cooper criticized Western media for what he called “PR efforts” that distorted the military reality on the ground.

“When one side is bombing nuclear weapons storage facilities of the other, and the other has no ability to retaliate left, then that’s a clear-cut victory in my books,” he wrote.

Cooper noted that Pakistan lacked long-range missiles capable of countering India's firepower, singling out India’s BrahMos and SCALP-EG missiles as unmatched in Pakistan's arsenal.

He said Pakistan’s celebrated missile capabilities had not translated into operational deterrence.

According to Cooper, India’s strikes had severely damaged critical Pakistani air bases, including Nur Khan and Sargodha.

He added that Pakistan’s Director General of Military Operations contacted his Indian counterpart to initiate a ceasefire — a move that, he implied, underscored the imbalance in combat effectiveness.

The damage to Pakistan could have been worse.  They lost everything .. even the sense and basic strength to defend themselves.

Yet, the audacity is extreme - they claim they have won the battle.

I have deliberately used the word - "emasculation".

Science students will tell you that after After emasculation, the flower is often bagged to prevent accidental pollination.

This means --- only the desired pollen is used for fertilization. Rest of the things can be understood by one's intellect and sincerity.

Next jump to this para: -- The phrase "a great man's emasculation is acceptance" suggests that a man's strength lies in his ability to adapt and embrace change, rather than clinging to traditional notions of masculinity.

It implies that true greatness in a man can be found in his willingness to be vulnerable, to accept limitations, and to recognize the validity of different perspectives, rather than striving for dominance or control.

This is what India is henceforth.

Narendra Modi is now a global star .... and the foremost National Hero of the Century.

“The government in India, New Delhi, and top brass of the armed forces are cautious enough not to brag too much about this, even to deny it, but we have seen videos showing strikes on one of the… no actually, two defence nuclear weapons storage facilities in Pakistan…,” Austrian military analyst Tom Cooper says.

This was a dream come true moment even if the 'results' have been achieved by mistakes.

Now on to a different plane. We - Indian intellectuals and self-proclaimed liberals (the argument can be we/they are most fundamentalists) have very sophisticated double standards. We may accept Azadi slogan if it comes from a Kashmiri. We may accept the word 'freedom' if it is from a Naga ..... and over the years only indulged in appeasing.

But when it comes to doing something for the country - even the basic matter - paying taxes; we look for avenues to run away from it.

So the big triumph of  May 7-10 Operation Sindoor will be mocked at.

Facts will be twisted. But of course nothing will make a big difference; because the difference had been made by Narendra Modi.

He has been ably supported by India's very proud and most patriotic armed forces.

“This caution means they are absolutely sure Pakistan can’t keep back, Pakistan has no means to pull these weapons out and put them on missiles or aircraft and shoot them at India," Cooper said.

The remarks by Cooper came days after India and Pakistan announced halting of military action from both sides.

How Narendra Modi's achievements have been different especially in the contest of Operation Sindoor.

It's a strategic win with mid term and long term benefits.

Kindly note, the decade of eighties were marked by Chinese enmeshment in the global economy. Under Deng Xiaoping, China's foreign policy was propelled in new directions.

Experts will tell even today that one of the most striking changes was the emphasis Deng placed on developing a policy that would complement his domestic economic reform programme.

Moreover, Deng ensured that China was willing to conduct normal relations with regimes of all types and keep business interests of politics.

Strategically, no one bothered to know how the country's preparedness was going on since 2014 -- the last 11 years.

Temple politics and other things dominated the public space but the behind-the-curtains works were on.

The 'Make in India' was actually more than the slogan and hence products like Brahmos could deliver things so well.

In foreign policy push, Modi well supported by Late Sushma Swaraj, Dr S Jaishankar and his 'man-for-all seasons' type NSA Ajit Doval - made India's foreign policy very pragmatic. It cared about smaller neighbours Nepal and Sri Lanks.

It had an operation named 'Dost' for Turkey. It was part of the Quad with the US, Japa and Australia from 2017 and it never deserted an old partner Russia.

Even with China, all efforts were made from time to time to keep the show running.

This hallmark in Modi's foreign policy was evident in the bear-hugs by the Hindutva icon whenever he met Saudi kings and other leaders in the Gulf. India gave due importance to Latin America and Africa.  And hence today -- the world understands Modi's emphasis on : ".... this is not the era of war".

Come 2025, May 15th onward and beyond - the world will soon understand the gravity of the statement that -- "this is not the era of terrorism" as well.

Modi said on May 12: ".... on behalf of the people of India, I salute the valiant forces of India, the armed forces, our intelligence agencies, and our scientists."

The words were measured and it made lot of sense to the context he was speaking.

Good results can come only with good synthesis and contributions of multiple quarters.
