"In this hour of national crisis, entire country stands with Govt & armed forces with body, mind and money," - RSS tweets

 RSS tweets, " Hearty congratulations to the leadership of the Government of India and the armed forces for the decisive action “Operation Sindoor” being taken against the Pak-sponsored terrorists and their supporting ecosystem after the cowardly terrorist incident of Pahalgam. 






"This action being taken to provide justice to the aggrieved families and the entire country in the brutal massacre of Hindu pilgrims has increased the self-respect and courage of the entire country." 


"We also believe that the military action being taken against terrorists, their infrastructure and supporting system in Pakistan is a necessary and inevitable step for the security of the country. 

In this hour of national crisis, the entire country stands with the government and armed forces of the country with body, mind and money. 


"We condemn the attacks by the Pakistani Army on religious places and civilian settlements on the Indian border and express our heartfelt condolences to the families of those who became victims of these attacks."








On Pakistan shelling in Poonch, J&K CM Omar Abdullah says, " Poonch has suffered a huge loss. Poonch has the highest number of casualties and the most injured. 


I was in Jammu hospital sometime before, and all the injured admitted there are from Poonch...the situation in Poonch is grim. Dy CM is trying to reach Poonch, if he reaches there, he will meet the people there".   

Omar Abdullah also says, " Biggest thing is they have tried to target civilians...they used drones...but the credit goes to our defence forces, they shot down all the drones...in Kashmir's Anantnag ammunition depot was also targeted but the attempt was foiled...


"We did not start this situation, innocent people were killed in Pahalgam, and we had to reply...Pakistan is trying to escalate the situation, and this won't benefit them in any way. 

They should lay down their weapons...they should move forward with de-escalation instead of escalation...". 



On emergency preparedness amid rising India-Pakistan tensions, Professor incharge of media, AIIMS Delhi, Dr Rima Dada, says, 


"A few days back we had a mass casualty management mock drill and... We are fully prepared to receive a large number of patients together, be it burns, gunshot injuries, chest or abdominal injuries. We also have a good stock of medicines for pain relief, for amputation, head-spinal injuries..."
