Actor Imran Khan holds US citizenship by birth and has been issued a "Leave India" notice by the Mumbai Police

Actor Imran Khan holds US citizenship by birth and has been issued a "Leave India" notice by the Mumbai Police directing him to depart the country by October 28, 2026.

"A Leave India Notice (LIN) has been issued to actor Imran Khan, who is the nephew of actor Aamir Khan.

As per the notice, he has been told to leave the country by 28th October. Imran Khan had participated in the agitation at August Kranti Maidan in Mumbai, demanding the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.

Following the protest, he was detained by the Police. Imran Khan had participated in the agitation, despite not being an Indian citizen."

Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC says, "To defeat PM Modi is almost impossible. To accuse him is the easiest thing to do. But the CJP has a lot of serious questions to answer. When any political party is being funded, who is funding them?... Is it under the garb of an NGO?

Is it people from the West? Is it George Soros? Is it the US? And is it people who want to destabilize India? That's the serious question...".
