Operation Sindoor ::::: Time for holistic debate on Hindu nationalism .... A resurgent India .... Naya Bharat ..and leadership --- that's Visionary in a mission

India foils Pakistani missile-drone attacks on Jammu, Punjab, Rajasthan

Pakistani drones neutralised over Bathinda, Samba

Today, the Indian air defence system has performed remarkably well: Col (Retd) Dinesh Nain,

A Pakistan AWACS was shot down inside Punjab province and three Pakistani fighter jets, F-16 fighter jet and two JF-17 fighter jets, were downed on Thursday night.

AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System) is a type of aircraft primarily used for long-range radar surveillance.

AWACS systems are crucial for providing real-time situational awareness and coordinating air operations, as they can transmit information to other users on land, at sea, or in the air.

"Mazboot sarkar bani hai, mazbooti se banega" -- this was said about Ram temple at Ayodhya but it had deeper messages in the South Asian context.

Narendra Modi is fulfilling these !

In 2025 -- Moditva means being a 'prophet' of Hindutva-Nationalism in more ways than one !!

History often permits fanciful interpretation; or it does not.

Look the turn around, China has almost washed off its hands.

Big statement from US State Dept:

“We’ve been making that call for decades… what happened in Kashmir was awful”

Pakistan’s support for terror groups .... comes under scanner like never before !!

All these may speak volumes for the inherent ideology of Hindu nationalism that 70-80 years after some traumatic events; it is a "disciple" of Golwalkar and Veer Savarkar that is at the helms of power politics.

If May 6-7, 2025 will go down the memory as a historic episode; one should not forget that the man who presided over the fate of Indian forces and their most decisive assault in decades has been a modernist.

Now May 8-9th ... the battle seems more decisive.

Narendra Modi  is certainly a Karmayogi.

But he is perhaps also a visionary in a mission. Many would say like Savarkar; Modi is also someone who seeks to transform Hindus into mirror images of those who control the global power levers of our time.

In contrast to Savarkar and even Modi - as per our humble assessment - Guruji ... Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar was someone who could be called a traditional.

He was the head of the RSS between 1940 and 1973.

Simple to the point of asceticism, Guruji traveled a lot and was a 'guru' in more ways than one.

For his followers, Guruji might have been an ideal Karmayogi; but he also believed in moral rearmament.

The 'Man making' -- as L K Advani used to underline.

Narendra Modi in 2025 represents something of both the ideologies.

Yet, it goes without saying that the Hindu nationalism that has emerged on the national, Asian and even global stage(s) today would not have been where and what is without the ingredients of the two.

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi in 2014; former VHP working president Ashok Singhal, now deceased, had compared Modi to Rajput king Prithviraj Chauhan and hoped that the new government will help restore "Hindutva's lost rule".

He clearly wanted facilitatiion or clearing the passage for the construction of the grand Ram Temple at Ayodhya, imposing a Uniform Civil Code and banning cow slaughter.

"There was a large section in the country that dreamt of the return of our lost rule. After Prithviraj (Chauhan), it is now that Hindutva has got the reins of Bharat," Singhal had said.

"Mazboot sarkar bani hai, mazbooti se banega (a strong government has come to power, the grand Ram temple will be built soon in a grand manner)", Singhal had said.

Blogger -- Covering Modi in one of key assignments

Narendra Modi has come a long way since 2002 when his state Gujarat burnt for weeks. He had then built up a 'reputation' as an upholder of Hindu rights... today as PM he has crossed all that.

Now the foremost reputation of Namo is of a performer.

Also a 'decision maker' -- who gave the necessary morale booster and green signal to the military bosses.

Indian armed forces would remember him for a long time as a Prime Minister who gave them as many as three opportunities to strike at the enemy - 2025, 2019 and 2016.

All successful ones.

I know retired and serving Indian military soldiers who say all these strikes would not have been possible without Narendra Modi at the helm.

Come to the crux - Modi takes a decision and gives freedom to the soldiers and their officers to prepare the road map and then do the assault.

The 'myth' of Modi and his Moidtva phenomenon often appear "bigger" than the man.

But each time he 'matches' the expectations and goes a little beyond the boundaries.

No one expected death of 70 to 80 terrorists including 10 family members of Masood Azhar.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh says the terrorists list eliminated would be above 100.

This was a true case of eliminating the wrong doers after chasing them to the "ends of the earth".

When he made the statement in Bihar;  the Congress leaders were mocking.

On May 7th, 'jai-rahim' Ramesh vanished and Ajay Rai was still playing with his toy Rafale.

Mallikarjun Kharge got egg on his face and so did his 'real time boss' Rahul Gandhi !!

Time to wake up for Congress women and men

On being asked if it is the view of the United States along with what India says that Pakistan is supporting terrorist groups,

US State Dept Spokesperson Tammy Bruce says,

"Obviously in today's world, that's a call that we have been making for decades.

It is the dynamic that we've seen in the Middle East disrupting lives and clearly what happened in Kashmir is awful and we've all send our condolences.

The world has rejected the nature of that kind of violence...", she said.
