"This is a result of Privatisation" ::::: Govt under attack for Indigo fiasco :::: "Where is the Civil Aviation Minister? Is he sleeping ?

CPI MP P  Sandosh Kumar says :

 "This mess has been going on for the last two days. Why do we have the Union Ministry to control all these things? Where is the Union Minister? I

Is he sleeping? IndiGo is the largest private airline operator in our country... It's not just an accident. A very serious probe is needed... I demand a very strong enquiry...".  






DGCA withdraws instructions to all operators regarding Weekly Rest for crew members.

"...In view of the ongoing operational disruptions and representations received from various airlines regarding the need to ensure continuity and stability of operations...the instruction contained in the referenced paragraph that no leave shall be substituted for weekly rest is hereby withdrawn with immediate effect..."

IndiGo domestic flights departing from Delhi Airport on 5th December 2025 are cancelled till midnight today (till 23:59 hours). 

The airport operator added that its dedicated on-ground teams are working diligently with all partners to mitigate the disruption and ensure a comfortable passenger experience.








CPI-M leader and MP Amra Ram says, "... Saying sorry is not enough. These private companies apologise and then run from their responsibilities. All private companies show the same lethargic behaviour. This is a result of privatisation..."
