Maybe the way food is made by Muslims has become all too open off late. Actually we never gave a thought to this aspect let's say just 10-15 years ago but, with the expose of the prevalence of illegal jizya tax in India then the Muslim traders or consumers of meat demanded halal verification on everything related to food , the fear of food corruption is very much there. Actually the practice of making halal certified food is totally unacceptable. We Hindus don't eat our own jhutan. To make others eat our jhutan is beyond comprehension. In a Hindu family we may probably eat leftover from our children's plates but not vice versa. - K P bhai
