"Hum jaa-banjh hae," says BJP dismissing Opposing rally :::: Super flop rally: BJP mocks INDI- alliance bloc over turnout, questions Rahul Gandhi's 10 lakh claim

"Where were the 10 lakh people? Show us," BJP leader Sambit Patra said, accusing the Congress of using "trick photography" to create an impression of a much larger crowd.

Taking a swipe at Rahul Gandhi, the BJP leader said becoming a Prime Minister required hard work. He used the Hindi words paseena (sweat) and mehnat (hard work), saying the two were what the letters 'P' and 'M' in Prime Minister stood for.

The BJP hit back at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his allegations of vote theft, questioning his own election to the Lok Sabha. The party said that if the elections were illegal, Gandhi, too, would be an “illegal MP”.

BJP MP Sambit Patra says,

"Infiltrators are the vote bank of Mamata Banerjee, Rahul Gandhi and their allies. Only Indian citizens can be voters in India. Infiltrators cannot be voters in India.

Mamata Banerjee can call us cowards or Kafirs or use any name from the dictionary. It does not matter.

We are brave, and we will do whatever it takes for the country. Infiltrators entering the country, becoming voters and ruling India while we sit silently will absolutely never happen."

Addressing a press conference, BJP MP Sambit Patra said the party had been observing the rally since morning and listening to Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi's speech, but described the event as a "complete waste of time."

The BJP spokesman cited footage of the venue to argue that large portions of the ground remained vacant despite the Congress projecting a turnout of 10 lakh.

Rahul Gandhi asserted that Gyanesh Kumar would be removed from his post and jailed for "treason" over alleged vote theft. He also warned Modi and Shah that they would face legal action and should not assume they could escape accountability.

"After Gyanesh Kumar, we will stand against you. Don't forget that for the vote chori you have done, there will be legal action against you and Narendra Modi," Gandhi said. Referring to Shah's reported remark that Modi was not going anywhere, Gandhi said the Prime Minister could not escape accountability. "Narendra Modi cannot go anywhere; even if he wants to go, we will not let him," he said.

Congress general secretary KC Venugopal defended the gathering, describing it as a massive show of public opposition to the BJP leadership.

"Today, the people of India have given a clear message to Narendra Modi and Amit Shah that their time is over. Their time to retain power by hook or by crook is over," Venugopal said. He accused the government of undermining democracy by misusing the office of the Chief Election Commissioner and said the rally reflected public anger against alleged electoral irregularities.

Sambit Patra says, "Rahul Gandhi ji, this India does not belong to your Abbu Jaan. This India belongs to the people of India. Even a tea seller can become Prime Minister and an ordinary person can become Home Minister in this democracy. And that is what bothers you.

Rahul Gandhi ji, you are neither Shiv nor is the chaos you want to plunge India into any 'Shiv Ji Ki Baraat'. This is not Shiv Ji's Baraat. This is nothing but a spectacle of chaos."

If Nov 1 rally was to "re-launch" Rahul Gandhi ... Congress might have achieved a limited success to "restart" Rahul Gandhi's "political trajectory" :::: the journey taken to take on Modi is still "inadequate and ill-advised"

The narrative of "relaunching Rahul Gandhi" has been deployed by political opponents especially the BJP across multiple phases — d...
