March 20, 2025 - evening one post went viral claiming Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio stating - "Centre ready to to give 20 assembly seats....". 

It's from an old news clipping. How old ... let Mr Rio and his know-all advisors clarify that ! 

More importantly, what did he do (also perhaps undo) after that !! Removal of R N Ravi .... and the media boycott of his farewell show --- all were NDPP achievements !! 

What else -- everytime R N Ravi fought with Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin; NDPP supporters were thrilled na ? Mr Chingwang Konyak and CM Rio can explain all these better. 

So much of 'hatred' for a performing Governor -- who may not visit Nagaland yet again !! 

And Then;  - Sept 12, 2025 -- suddenly the creative move get a new interlocutor. Purpose delay the Solution ....

20 extra MLAs and 6 MPs --- NDPP's wisemen and sycophants forgot everything !!

May be some Nagas of Manipur have been left 'isolated' once again. 

Except RZJC (Rengma -Zeliangrong Joint council) - no other Naga body from Manipur attended the much important and talked about March 20th (2025) meeting at Dimapur. 

"Nagas of Manipur" -- have a history of conducting differently. In the 1960s - they stayed away from 'Nagaland statehood' story and missed the journey .... maybe !! 

Once again -- they are at crossroads -- not by circumstances but they have been 'misled' !!

The Zeliangrong Political Issues and situation 

--- (ZUF statement) 

"The Naga society is facing a state of dilemma and confusion. The misrule of NSCN-IM has brooded and created multiple Naga factions causing overwhelming problems in the Naga society. 

The incomplete Frame work agreement has brought about much public 

dissatisfaction, and distrustful noises, casting shadow of doubts and apprehensive speculations. 

The NSCN-IM are blaming the Indian government to cover up their mistake and 

short-lived policies trying to find escape way for themselves, says Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF). 

The policy of de-recognition of Zeliangrong civil Organizations by NSCN-IM is a clear proof of their resentment targeting the Zeliangrong political rights to be tarnished and destroyed. 

"The ongoing progress of the Zeliangrong political talk with the GOI for a separate homeland has provoked NSCN-IM  resentment and opposition as the ZPC movement has been carried forward by Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF) at the National level." - ZUF 

  

ZUF leader Jechui Kamei told a gathering recently in Manipur:

* Some groups and NSCN-IM from day one trying to suppress the Zeliangrong movement and people's aspirations

** Already derecognised most apex social organisations of Zeliangrong

*** They allegedly misled the community stating 'bifurcation' would help the Nagas more. This was purely motivated. 

**** Till now there is no designated (taken note/for granted) in Ukhrul area. Since there is no ceasefire area in Manipur; but there are 'four battalions' in Zelangrong areas -- they want to suppress and exploit the Zeliangrong people. 

Ingtanki and a few rich and mineral resources in Zeliangrong areas in North Manipur --  want to dominate National Highways and divert attention and focus in Zeliangrang areas.
