India's dealing with Pakistan will be strictly bilateral, asserts Dr S Jaishankar :: Pakistan has a list of terrorists who need to be handed over !!!

 "That's the national consensus...," External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar told reporters here. 


"Where Pakistan is concerned, our relations, our dealings will be bilateral.... strictly bilateral". 


He the "national consensus for many years" ... will be "absolutely no change in that".  







On talks with Pakistan, he said - the Prime Minister has made it very clear; only talks with Pakistan will be on terror".   


Pakistan has a list of terrorists who need to be handed over, he said.
